KPI Recruiting is on the hunt for Food Production Operatives to join the Coldstore Department at our Ciients site based in Nantwich. Shifts available for a Food production Operative: Working 5 days out of 7, Monday to Sunday. 1 week in advance rota. 6am - 4pm Your duties and responsibilities as a Food Production Operative are: Handballing products weighing up to 25kg. Debagging and deboxing cheese products accurately and efficiently. Preparing cheese for transfer to the next production stage. Cleaning cheese after it has been removed from packaging. Handling mouldy cheese on occasion, following appropriate hygiene and safety procedures. Maintaining a clean and safe working area at all times. Adhering to health and safety standards, especially in a chilled environment. Assisting with general coldstore duties as required by supervisors The job requirements for the Food Production Operatives are: Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg regularly. Willingness to work in a chilled environment. Good attention to detail and hygiene. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Reliable and punctual. Previous experience in a food handling or coldstore environment (Desirable). Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices (Desirable).
