About the Business A leading dealership specialising in supplying and servicing off-road vehicles including ATVs, UTVs, sports and electric models, who have built a reputation for excellence in the industry. Customers are mainly B2C with a large amount in the agricultural industry, and some B2B accounts. Based in Warwickshire (CV13), operating from a site complete with a showroom, workshop and offices, you’ll be joining a committed and hardworking team in a busy, yet varied and interesting role. As the Office Manager you’ll be assisting the Director with the day to day running of the business and customers. This family run company offers a relaxed and supportive environment. The role is office based, working 8am-5pm (with 1 hour lunch), Monday to Friday. About the Role Reporting to the Owner-Director, you’ll become the go to person for customers; the work is varied and can include: Customer Relations: answering inbound calls, emails and greeting customers for site visits, qualifying sales enquiries, technical queries, sales of parts and accessories, liaising on servicing and any warranty work or repairs – always ensuring a high level of customer service. Supplier and Brand Liaison: building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Product training will be provided alongside access to marketing materials and training courses. Sales Support: handling incoming enquiries for both new and used machinery, ensuring a smooth and professional customer journey. While the primary focus will be on agricultural vehicles, there may occasionally be a need to support the electric/bike side of the business. Administration: management of the CSR system, invoicing, processing orders and general administrative duties. The Successful Applicant Experience in a customer focused environment is essential, ideally with office management/admin experience. Confident communicator across phone, email and face to face; able to build rapport and handle both B2C and B2B relationships. Experience in the agricultural industry, powersports, 4x4, or plant machine industries is preferable (related sectors such as automative will also be considered) A technical knowledge of machinery, whether from a mechanical or sales background would be advantageous. Based within commuting distance of the CV13 area – this is an office based role with customer visits on site. A full UK driving licence is required.
