About the pub
The Ye Olde Saracen's Head is a beautiful, listed pub featuring a large restaurant area with a small cosy bar area, two real log fires and a traditional pizza oven in the restaurant area. Located in the heart of Balsall Common, the pub has a good locals/regular trade and also benefits from being a destination, food‑led business with a strong local reputation. There is a full senior team in place so the pub is set up ready for an experienced, food‑driven General Manager to hit the ground running. Currently the pub is delivering weekly sales of around £29,000 split 70/30 (food‑led). There is scope to grow sales further by cultivating links with the local community and introducing new ways of bringing them in. There are 2 bedroom accommodation included with the pub.
