Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers and visitors in a warm, professional manner Answer and direct calls with excellent phone etiquette Manage bookings, appointments, and job allocations using garage software Create and manage customer estimates Book service, repair work and MOT's Keep customers fully informed of progress and advise of extra work needed Support invoicing, record keeping and basic financial administration tasks Maintain accurate records and service updates for customers Liaise with the workshop team to support a smooth handover of information Perform data entry, filing, and general office duties to keep everything organised Keep the reception area presentable and customer-ready About You - Skills & Experience: Previous experience in the motor trade with a knowledge of vehicles and parts.
