Are you a hands-on HVAC engineer with expertise in pipework, pumps, and mechanical systems, ready to take full ownership of projects from start to finish?
On offer is the chance to take on a fully autonomous lead role managing key projects from small reactive works to larger contracts, directly impacting the growth and success of the business.
This family-run, multi-discipline engineering business specialises in mechanical, electrical, and HVAC works. The small, collaborative team lets you grow, influence operations, and develop leadership skills while staying hands-on with engineering work.
You'll manage projects end-to-end, run site surveys, prepare quotes and reports, allocate engineers, liaise with clients, oversee subcontractors, mentor staff, and ensure HSEQ compliance. Occasional long days or weekends may be required, with generous performance bonuses rewarding your expertise.
This role suits an engineer with hands-on experience with HVAC installations, pipework, and pumps, and the ability to price works accurately, looking for a position where they can take full ownership of projects and make a real impact.
The Role
* Manage projects from start to finish
* Run site surveys and visits (mainly Central London) to scope works and monitor progress
* Price up reactive works, prepare quotes, and produce reports
The Person
* Technical background in mechanical engineering, specifically HVAC systems, pipework, and pumps
* Hands-on experience with installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of mechanical systems
* Ability to price works accurately
* Experience managing projects, engineers, and subcontractors
