Key Responsibilities
* Advise customers on manufacturing methods and machinery capabilities.
* Conduct tooling audits and provide guidance on setup costs.
* Manage new customer setups, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
* Collaborate with sales and customer teams to implement improvement plans.
* Deliver product training to internal and external stakeholders.
* Carry out site audits and agree on actionable outcomes.
* Investigate and report on customer quality concerns.
* Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.

Candidate Profile
1. Proven experience in window/door manufacturing and installation is desired.
