We’re hiring a HR Services Manager! Are you ready to lead the heartbeat of HR?

Location: London or Amsterdam Head Offices, remote working options available

Language needed: Must be able to speak both English and Dutch

In this key role, you'll manage a high-performing team delivering seamless HR services. From onboarding to offboarding, ensuring compliance, consistency, and a service-first mindset that reflects our hospitality values. You'll drive process improvements like automations, champion HR tech, and be the go-to expert for complex queries and operational insight.

Responsibilities

* Proactively and efficiently lead a team of HR Service Centre professionals
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the HR Service Centre, ensuring timely and compliant handling of employee lifecycle processes
* Identify and implement process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and reduce manual work, collaborating with People Technology and HR teams to ensure processes meet the needs of hotel operations.
* Act as a key escalation point for complex or sensitive queries.
* Ensure all HR transactions and records are compliant with GDPR, employment law, and internal audit requirements.
* Support internal audits and contribute to risk mitigation strategies.
* Provide regular reporting and insights to Senior HR Leadership on Service Centre performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
* Monitor and report on SLAs, KPIs, and other performance metrics.


Qualifications

* Ability to speak English and Dutch
* Proven experience managing an HR shared service or Service Centre, ideally within hospitality, retail, or multi-site environments.
* Strong understanding of HR processes and systems. We are currently moving to the Dayforce system
* Hospitality mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional employee experiences.
