We are looking for a proactive and organised Project Support Officer to join our Digital Health team and support the delivery of key digital and transformation projects.
You will provide high-quality administrative and project support to Project Managers and senior stakeholders, helping to coordinate meetings, maintain project documentation, track actions, and support reporting. This is a varied role offering excellent exposure to project management within a fast-paced digital environment.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Providing administrative and project support, including minute taking and action tracking
* Maintaining project documentation, risks, issues, and reports
* Supporting meetings and engaging with senior stakeholders
* Assisting with implementation activity, including floor-walking and helpdesk support
* Producing reports and managing data using tools such as Excel
About You
* Significant administrative experience in an office or customer-focused environment
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator with good written and verbal skills
* Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Able to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines
* An interest in project management (PRINCE2 Foundation desirable)
* Rates depend on experience and client requirements
