Duties/Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administration support including ticket management and client liaison.
* Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through exemplary service.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers to deliver services.
* Manage tickets from creation to resolution, addressing customer needs.
* Escalate tickets when necessary.
* Record accurate information on CRM systems.
* Administer client device portfolio according to requirements.

Skills/Experience/Qualifications/Accreditations:
1. Previous experience in a similar role.
2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
