What the Job Involves This role involves managing a caseload of youth justice cases in compliance with national standards and the HMIP Inspection Framework. You will provide effective support and interventions, ensuring children and young people complete their legal obligations and foster a crime-free life. Communication with families and partners will be crucial to securing the best outcomes. The use of the AssetPlus tool will guide your trauma-informed assessments and planning. You will collaborate with families and agencies to deliver evidence-based programs that reduce the risk of offending and promote engagement in education, employment, and training. Additionally, you'll prepare reports for courts and panels and represent YJTPS, presenting information professionally to courts and panels.
