Responsibilities
* Manage client and matter files under supervision, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and firm requirements
* Provide expert legal advice to a range of clients, including negotiation and drafting of documentation
* Handle the various stages of legal proceedings effectively, efficiently, and in a timely manner, protecting the client's interests
* Meet agreed KPIs while demonstrating a commercial approach to financial management
* Support business development initiatives, helping to generate new work from existing clients and professional contacts
* Commit to continued professional development within the litigation specialism
