Trainer / SME
Daily Rate: £300-£400 per day
Contract Length: 6 months
Engagement: Part-time

Red Snapper Learning (RSL) is recruiting an experienced Trainer / Subject Matter Expert to support a major new Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) programme. This project focuses on the implementation of a new system and requires an individual with strong training design and delivery expertise.
Key Responsibilities
* Design engaging and effective training materials for:
* Face-to-face classroom delivery
* Develop engaging content using the
* Deliver training to end users in person
* Act as a subject matter expert, ensuring training aligns with MPS processes and ways of working
Essential Requirements
* Oracle systems (financial planning) essential
* Proven experience designing and delivering systems-related training.
* Strong instructional design capability across blended learning formats.
* Confident facilitator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
Working Pattern & Rate
* £300- £400 per day
* Initially 2 days per week
