Summary
What you'll do: As a key liaison between the NHG Finance team and external agents, you will provide critical financial insights and analysis to support the PRS business project. Your role will ensure that stakeholders receive accurate and timely information to drive informed decision-making.
How you'll make a difference
As a member of the Folio Project Team, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial data shared with internal stakeholders and external agents. You will also ensure that all deliverables meet high standards of quality and reliability.
How you'll do it
* Support data analysis tasks using Excel and internal systems to help review portfolio performance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and share insights about portfolio performance over time.
* Partner with the Treasury team to understand the portfolio's legal structure and securitization framework.
* Maintain effective communication with external stakeholders to address inquiries and ensure seamless information exchange.
* Prepare ad-hoc financial and operational reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
* Perform other project-related duties as required, contributing to overall success and delivery of project objectives.
Essential knowledge, experience, and skills
* Hold a CCAB-recognized accounting qualification with supporting CPD.
* Extensive experience in business partnering with non-finance colleagues, providing finance expertise, and dealing with commercial challenges.
* Experience working within the PRS space in the private sector, and familiarity with financial reporting industry standards.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse audience engagement; ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced service industry.
* Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of D365 and Power BI.
* Knowledge of service charge activities and legislation, or relevant experience in Rents/Contract Management.
* Uphold ethical principles including integrity, objectivity, professional competence, confidentiality, and professional behavior.
