We’re seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to deliver a proactive, strategic HR service across a diverse directorate, supporting leaders to drive organisational performance and positive workforce outcomes.
This is a key role responsible for leading on change management, complex employee relations casework, and workforce strategy, while driving initiatives to improve attendance and staff wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic HR support across multiple service areas
* Lead on complex casework, organisational change, and policy development
* Develop and implement strategies to reduce sickness absence and improve attendance
* Analyse HR data to identify trends and deliver targeted interventions
* Support workforce planning and organisational development activities
* Line manage and support HR Advisors where required
