Anderson Knight are working with a well-established client based in Glasgow to recruit an HR Assistant with a strong interest in employee learning and development. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking HR team, playing a key role in coordinating L&D activities and supporting wider HR operations. Key Responsibilities: * Support the delivery of the L&D calendar, including organising training sessions and liaising with external providers * Maintain accurate training records and support compliance tracking * Assist in the development of internal learning materials and e-learning content * Provide general HR administration support across onboarding, documentation, and employee queries * Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives Requirements: * Experience in an HR support role, ideally with exposure to L&D or training coordination * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * Confident communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels * Proactive, with a genuine interest in learning and development This role would suit someone who’s passionate about helping people grow and is looking to build a career in L&D within a collaborative team environment
