About the Role
Sous Chef – Malmaison Liverpool
At Malmaison forty percent of all revenue comes from catering sales. Our chefs work in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments and develop new skills. We offer on‑the‑job training, in‑house teaching and nationally recognised apprenticeships.
As a Sous Chef you will support the Head Chef, ensure the team delivers brand standards smoothly and consistently, and develop the junior staff beneath you. Ideally you will have worked at a similar level before and can demonstrate your skills.
