Job Description
Managers in this role get to:

Qualifications
Our most successful candidates will have:
* A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (an MBA is a plus).
* 3-5+ years of proven success in a similar role within a relevant industry.
* 2+ years of team management experience, with a focus on driving performance, goal-setting, and accountability.
* A talent for mentoring and developing teams, providing constructive feedback, and fostering continuous improvement.
* Excellent communication skills, with a focus on listening, clarity, and collaboration.
* Proficiency in using data-driven insights, CRM tools, and problem-solving to make informed decisions.
* Experience in strategic planning, aligning team efforts with broader business objectives for long-term success.
* A track record of handling challenges with resilience and adaptability.
* A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
Additional Information
Internal Qualifications:
* Must have FY24 PDP score of Exceeds Expectations (4) or Outstanding (5)
* Tenure of at least 18 months
* No Active DA
* Experience in Tech Sales is preferred
