As Regional Aftermarket Business Manager, you will manage a portfolio of nominated dealers to grow parts performance and help deliver a consistent customer experience.

Who are you?
You have experience building relationships from every level to directors in blue-chip organisations to owners of SMEs, right through to workshop teams on the ground. You don’t need to come from a heavy-duty truck background. If you have strong aftermarket/parts sales experience in buses, coaches, light commercial vehicles, plant machinery or agricultural machinery we would be delighted to see your application.
8. A proven track record in a sales environment, delivering results consistently
9. Self-motivated, proactive self-starter who is curious and eager to collaborate across departments to drive sales
10. Negotiation and analytical skills, with the ability to spot opportunities and close deals
11. Confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders, from customers to internal teams
12. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
13. A valid UK driving licence and a willingness to travel extensively with occasional nights away
You will report directly to the Head of Parts and Commercial Support. As part of our collaborative Parts & Commercial Support team, you will work alongside the Renault Trucks Dealer Network and your colleagues across the UK and France.

What you will do
In this role, you will partner closely with the Renault Trucks dealer network to strengthen performance, consistency and collaboration across the aftermarket parts business.
14. Drive spare parts volumes and margins in line with the business plan
15. Partner with the Dealer Network to maximise National Fleet parts and service sales
16. Build and maintain strong working relationships with dealers, customers, and internal stakeholders
17. Support dealer standards and continuous improvement to enhance the customer experience
18. Produce clear, concise reporting on dealer and customer support activity, including sales progress
19. Promote and support the effective use of Renault Trucks and dealer systems to meet sales and commercial support goals
20. Negotiate agreements that create value for both customers and Renault Trucks, securing cross-departmental commitments as needed.
21. Use Renault Trucks IT tools to respond swiftly and accurately to quotations, managing the sales process from order to invoicing.
