GSL Education are seeking experienced Teachers (Primary, Secondary or SEN) to work within a specialist provision in Scarborough.
About the School
This specialist school supports pupils with a range of complex needs including SEMH, ASC and communication needs. The school provides a nurturing and structured environment, with a strong focus on personalised learning and therapeutic approaches to support pupil development.
Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver differentiated lessons suited to pupil needs
* Support pupils with complex learning and behavioural needs
* Adapt teaching strategies to ensure engagement
* Work collaboratively with support staff and SEN teams
* Monitor and assess pupil progress
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience in SEN / SEMH or specialist settings preferred
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Flexible and resilient approach
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
