Duties:
* Successfully manage a section within the kitchen, communicating positively with your team mates
* Prepare and cook food with care to agreed recipes and standards
* Set up and stock sections ready for service
* Maintain a clean and organised work area
* Follow all safety procedures
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to create gourmet comfort food according to the seasons
Requirements:
* You love being a chef
* You have previous experience as a demi chef de partie as a minimum and have worked as a chef for at least 2 years.
* Knowledge of various cooking techniques and awareness of food safety regulations
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
