Job Title: Traffic Marshall (Construction) Location: Letchworth Garden City, SG6 Pay Rate: £15.00 - £17.00 per hour Contract: Ongoing / Long-termAbout the Role You are a reliable and safety-conscious Traffic Marshall joining our project in Letchworth Garden City. This is a long-term, ongoing position in maintaining a safe site for both workers and the public. Key Responsibilities Guiding vehicles and heavy machinery through designated routes to ensure smooth traffic flow. Using hand signals, signs, and radios to communicate clearly with drivers and operators. Monitoring the site for obstructions or unsafe conditions and taking immediate action to mitigate risks. Implementing established traffic management plans and ensuring the safety of pedestrians at crossing points. Assisting with site security to deter unauthorized access and maintaining accurate records of traffic flow or incidents. Participating in toolbox talks and reporting any safety hazards to site management.Qualifications & Requirements Valid NPORS or CPCS Card (Traffic Marshall/Vehicle Marshaller).
