:
1. Supplier Engagement: Contact suppliers to request quotations for goods and services, ensuring competitive pricing and lead times.
2. Requisition Management: Convert internal purchase requisitions into accurate and timely purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
3. Order Tracking: Monitor open orders and proactively, follow up with suppliers to confirm delivery dates and resolve any delays or issues.
4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of supplier communications, quotations, and order confirmations.
5. System Updates: Ensure procurement systems are updated with the latest order and delivery information.
6. Continuous Improvement: Support initiatives to improve procurement processes and supplier performance.

7. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
8. Proven experience in procurement or supply chain.
9. Strong communication and organizational skills.
10. ERP system proficiency (Oracle preferred).
