Reception Teacher Requirements
* QTS, EYTS, PGCE, and a strong academic record
* Bachelor's degree in Education, focusing on Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception) or equivalent
* In-depth knowledge of the Reception curriculum and assessment frameworks
* Ability to create a positive, engaging learning environment for young children
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* A passion for education and supporting student development
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing school needs
