Nuneaton Car Sales is expanding its team due to a Brand new 350 vehicle display showroom coming soon. Due to expansion, we require additional new team members and looking for a Sales Manager to help drive our success even further. This is a fantastic opportunity offering a salary of up to £60,000

What You’ll Be Doing
* Proactively engaging with inbound leads from our high-traffic website and forecourt visitors
* Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored vehicle and finance solutions
* Supporting customers through every stage of the buying process, from test drives to aftersales care
* Using our AutoSLM CRM system to track activity and manage follow-ups
* Meeting and exceeding personal and team sales targets
* Being part of our supportive, performance-driven culture where no two days are the same
About You
We’re looking for motivated individuals with:
* Experience in retail or B2C sales (automotive experience is a bonus but not essential)
* A consultative approach - you're great at listening and guiding customers to the right solution
* A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the drive to exceed targets
* A full UK driving licence
Working Hours & Location
* Location: Nuneaton Car Sales Showroom, CV10 7RZ
* Hours: 5 days on 2 days off, with weekend work.
* Office Set-Up: 100% Showroom/ Office-based
