Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
* Assist in food preparation, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
* Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
* Bartend as required, crafting beverages that meet our quality standards.
* Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during service.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations.
* Assist with catering events as needed, ensuring all guest needs are met during special occasions.
Skills
* Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards.
* Proficiency in food preparation techniques and bartending skills is an advantage.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and colleagues alike.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanour.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to help wherever needed within the team.
