Videographer (Engineering / ADAS Testing) - Automotive / EV - Warwickshire - £35k
Role: Videographer (ADAS Testing)
Location: Warwickshire (Hybrid working available)
Salary: £30k to £35k
We’re seeking a technically-minded Videographer to support the filming and documentation of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) testing at a world-renowned engineering and test facility. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is confident with equipment management, and thrives in a hands-on, real-world testing environment.
As the Videographer, you’ll be responsible for capturing high-quality footage of ADAS and vehicle performance tests. This is not a creative or editorial filming role — it’s about accurate, consistent documentation of engineering data and processes. You will play a crucial part in supporting the engineering teams by ensuring video outputs are reliable, clear, and technically sound.
Key responsibilities:
* Filming engineering tests (mainly outdoors – in all weather except rain)
* Operating, maintaining, and transporting video equipment
* Organising, storing, and backing up footage
* Working closely with engineers to understand what needs to be captured
* Occasionally editing or preparing footage for internal reports
* Supporting across a hybrid working model with flexibility, but being on-site in Nuneaton as required
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in videography — ideally in industrial, automotive, aerospace, automation or similar engineering environments
* Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions (excluding wet weather)
* Reliable, practical, and confident handling filming equipment solo
* Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach
* Strong organisational and file management skills
* A background or understanding of technical environments (e.g. automotive testing, manufacturing, robotics) is highly desirable
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being part of live test environments rather than studio-based or creative video work. You’ll be joining a facility that plays a central role in the development of cutting-edge vehicle technology, supporting engineers pushing innovation in safety and automation.
