As our Reporting & Analytics Manager,you’lllead anewly formed,high‑performing team at the heart of the Quality, Environment & Assurance Directorate, driving transformative insight, regulatoryexcellenceand operational improvement across the organisation
The Quality, Environment & Assurance Reporting and Analytics Manager will shape and lead the strategic vision for how wemaximise value through our systems, processes anddata across the Directorate andinfluencethe wider organisation. You will ensure that all reporting and analytical activity upholds the highest standards of impartiality, while unlocking greater value from our data to inform decision-making and strengthen performance.
With your robust understanding of both organisational priorities, the wider regulatory landscape and ourcustomersneeds,you’llbe a trusted voice for transparent, consistent reporting.You’llbuild meaningful relationships with regulators, influence industry‑wide standards, and shape the future of reporting frameworks across the sector.As the bridge between senior leadership, operationalteamsand external regulators,you’llensure compliance strategies are delivered, risks are managed proactively and emerging reporting expectations areanticipatedwell ahead of time.You’lladvocate for evidence‑based positions, guide enterprise‑wide readiness for new obligations, and ensure our reporting approachremainsfuture‑proof and sector‑leading.
You’llalso foster a collaborative, inclusive and high‑performing team culture, coaching your team,allocatingresources effectively and building trust through open, supportive leadership. Ensuring you and your team safeguard our impartiality, ensuring robust,consistentand transparent processes across all reporting activities.

Key responsibilities
1. Define and execute a strategic vision for transforming the Reporting and Analytics team into a high-performing, industry-leading function.
2. Establish a clear analytics product roadmap that aligns with business priorities while ensuring full compliance with all reporting and regulatory requirements.
3. Design and integrate robust monitoring programmes and sampling strategies to enhance data quality, operational assurance, and decision-making confidence.
4. Champion continuous improvement across management systems, driving innovation, efficiency, and consistenthigh standards.
5. Provide expert regulatory guidance and technical support to stakeholders across the organisation, strengthening governance and operational integrity.
6. Safeguard organisational impartiality by building strong processes, transparent workflows and a well-structured team that upholds independence and trust.
