We are looking to recruit a Damage and Loss Coordinator to join a specialist team in Bristol. The role involves working with workshops, depots, and customers to ensure all charges related to damages and loss are applied accurately and promptly.
Main Responsibilities:
* Handling new customer damage and loss claims
* Maintaining and updating existing claims to facilitate resolution
* Negotiating and settling claims with customers and insurance companies
* Liaising professionally with customers and senior management
* Working with workshops and external repair partners to ensure timely resolution and correct billing
* Assisting sales teams and depots with damage and loss queries or claims
* Recording workshop reports accurately into the in-house system and managing workloads
* Escalating unresolved disputes to the Damage & Loss Team Leader
* Traveling to workshops as required
* Supporting your team to deliver our ESG Strategy - Decade to Deliver
Other Duties:
* Resolving asset queries via telephone and email
* Answering calls professionally and promptly
* Assisting with company stock takes
