You will be responsible for planning and delivering creative, therapeutic, and accessible art lessons to students who have been excluded from mainstream education, many of whom present SEMH needs and challenging behaviour. The ideal candidate will be confident managing behaviour in a calm, consistent way and able to inspire students who may have lost interest in learning.
