What Youll Do
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Branch Manager;
Process purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices accurately;
Provide support with branch banking and cash handling;
Ensure the teams training is up to date and aligned with Company and compliance standards;
Manage stock records and assist with stock control;
Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams;
Maintain filing systems and ensure compliance with company procedures;
Support Health and Safety and compliance documentation.
