We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Operations Administrator to join our team in Shifnal.
As Operations Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting all operational departments, and on occasion, site teams, ensuring day-to-day activities run smoothly. This is a varied role where you will act as a valued ambassador for JNB, helping to drive a positive internal culture and continuous improvement across the organisation.
As an Operations Administrator, you will:
Provide remote administrative support across operational and site teams, including diary management, meeting scheduling, and reception cover
Coordinate travel, accommodation, conferences, events, and internal communications such as newsletters and team updates
Maintain organisational charts, personnel records, team contact details, and support onboarding to ensure smooth inductions
Assist with CSR initiatives, Sports & Social Club activities, and wellbeing events to promote staff engagement
Support customer service and project delivery efforts, helping uphold company reputation and client satisfaction
Contribute to Traffic Management coordination (TMA), ensuring compliance and smooth delivery of public highway works
Occasionally provide on-site support as needed, always maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
Foster continuous improvement through proactive suggestions and collaborative teamwork
What you'll need:
Highly organised and proactive, with strong time management and prioritisation skills
Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability
Technically proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general IT systems
Trusted for discretion, professionalism, and alignment with company values
Experienced in administrative, coordination, and support roles
