Our well-known client in Staines is seeking a Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as a subject matter expert in RTR processes.
* Support the Head of Accounting in defining, reviewing, and improving local/non-global processes.
* Ensure compliance with Internal Control systems and Balance Sheet reporting.
* Maintain adherence to policies, procedures, and SOPs for RTR processes.
* Collaborate with the GSC to identify improvement opportunities.
Main Tasks
* Prepare annual Statutory Accounts and liaise with external auditors for quarterly and annual reports.
* Support Month End Closing activities, including Crest uploads and error clearance.
* Manage the month-end close process.
* Review and approve designated Balance Sheet accounts within RTR/IC, ensuring timely clearance of open items.
* Support Internal Control processes and maintain necessary documentation.
* Assist in monthly forecasts and annual budgets for Indirect functions.
* Oversee FTE Reporting and manage the relationship with the SABIC billing team.
* Assist SABIC with ad hoc topics and participate in quarterly balance sheet risk and opportunity reviews.
* Contribute to other ad hoc projects and new initiatives as directed by the Head of Accounting.
