Role Overview:
To maintain existing fleet accounts by providing an high level of service and actively look for new business; organise and structure the Fleet Sales Department to provide customers with an excellent sales service; develop the existing customer base by actively pursuing an appointment programme with new prospects; manage the Fleet Centre to maximise volume and to reduce costs.
10. Set annual targets for volume and profit margins with the General Manager.
11. Conduct weekly progress meetings with the General Manager.
12. Organise mail shot campaigns to promote franchise products.
13. Maintain up-to-date information for key accounts.
14. Cultivate customer relationships across various levels.
15. Collaborate with the Fleet Department to develop new accounts.
16. Coordinate closely with the After Sales Department for timely delivery.
17. Manage the demo fleet effectively and arrange promotional events.
