An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a motivated RMN or RNLD Nurse to work at an exceptional hospital located in Darlington, County Durham. This role is with one of the UK's leading healthcare providers.
The hospital specializes in inpatient care for individuals with mental health needs, including complex needs and challenging behaviors, providing a safe and supportive environment with services such as acute care, low secure mental health treatment, and complex needs management.
Qualifications: To be considered, you must be a qualified Registered Nurse (RMN or RNLD) with a current, active NMC pin.
Key duties include:
1. Contributing to discharge planning and developing positive therapeutic relationships to improve service users' quality of life.
2. Working as part of an integrated team including therapists, consultant psychiatrists, HCAs, and other professionals.
3. Providing comprehensive care pathways and intensive rehabilitation programs to empower service users.
4. Delivering personalized care packages for individuals with complex mental health needs.

Salary & Benefits:
* Salary range of £31,500 - £37,227 per annum.
* Permanent positions available for both day and night shifts.
