💰 £40,000 – £55,000 - salary dependent on experience.

The Role
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to employer clients, dealing with:
* Disciplinary, grievance and dismissal processes
* Absence and performance management
* Redundancy and restructuring
* Employment Tribunal support and case preparation
* Settlement agreements and negotiations
You’ll also draft contracts, policies and key documentation — and play a role in delivering a high-quality client experience.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re open on background, but you’ll likely be:
* OR CILEX / Litigation Executive with relevant experience
Most importantly, you’ll be:
* Commercial in your thinking
* Confident speaking to clients
* Able to cut through legal theory and give practical advice
