The Role
You'll lead the residential property department with real autonomy, recognition and support:
* Manage, mentor and develop a strong existing team
* Handle a small caseload of complex, HNW residential matters (freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, lease extensions)
* Build and deepen client relationships rooted in trust and mutual respect
* Drive business development and departmental growth as the firm's commercial priority

About You
* 8+ PQE as a Residential Property Solicitor with a proven track record in handling complex matters
* Experience managing a team (Head of Residential Property or Conveyancing Partner level)
* Dynamic, personable, commercially astute
* Comfortable developing and managing high-value client relationships
* Ready to lead the department the firm values most
