Sanderson King is proud to partner with a leading global hospitality business to appoint a Digital Product Manager. This is a newly created opportunity to take ownership of digital products across multiple venues—such as mobile apps, websites, in-venue tech, and customer touchpoints—and lead the delivery of smart, guest-focused digital solutions.

💡 What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will own the strategy, optimisation, and delivery of digital platforms across a portfolio of high-traffic venues. You’ll collaborate with Product, Tech, CRM, Operations, and Marketing teams to improve the end-to-end customer journey and unlock commercial opportunities.
📌 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Own the product strategy and roadmap for all customer-facing digital platforms, including mobile apps, websites, and in-venue technologies
✔️ Define customer and operational problems through data, insight, and direct feedback
✔️ Write clear, actionable briefs for product and tech teams—translating business needs into smart digital solutions
✔️ Oversee the development and optimisation of digital journeys, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices and platforms
✔️ Lead initiatives to digitise and automate operational workflows (e.g., ordering, inventory, staff management)
✔️ Implement smart tech such as digital signage, mobile ordering, and automated F&B distribution
✔️ Work cross-functionally to ensure digital product delivery aligns with commercial, operational, and customer goals
✔️ Monitor performance metrics, analyse usage data, and continuously iterate on features to improve outcomes
✔️ Manage the successful rollout and adoption of new tools across sites, ensuring minimal disruption to service
🎯 Who We’re Looking For
🔹 Experience in digital product management or CX innovation, ideally within hospitality, live entertainment, or retail
🔹 Demonstrated ability to write product briefs, define user needs, and work with tech and development teams
🔹 Strong analytical mindset—comfortable working with data to inform decisions and track performance
🔹 Knowledge of web and mobile platforms, apps, CMS, POS, and CRM systems
🔹 Commercially aware with a strong understanding of how digital tools impact customer experience and revenue
🔹 Experience in rolling out digital tools across multiple physical sites or venues
🔹 Collaborative, pragmatic, and outcome-focused
