We are looking for an experienced people leader to take responsibility for a team delivering rehabilitation and resettlement services across both prison and community settings in Kent. This is a role with real impact. You’ll be leading a dedicated team, ensuring they have the right support and direction to deliver high-quality services that change lives. You’ll be based out of a project in Chatham two days per week, while also covering prisons on the Isle of Sheppey and probation services in Folkestone, Canterbury, and Maidstone.
