Role Responsibilities:
* Supporting pupils with a variety of SEN in both classroom and 1:1 settings
* Assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored learning plans
* Encouraging and supporting pupils' development academically, socially, and emotionally
* Promoting a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment
Requirements:
* Experience working with children or young people with SEN is highly desirable
* A calm, patient and empathetic approach
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* A good standard of literacy and numeracy (minimum GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths)
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
