We’re looking for a hands-on, passionate Assistant General Manager to lead a busy team in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality setting. What you’ll do:
1. Lead and motivate the front-of-house team with a visible floor presence
2. Oversee both restaurant and bar operations, including cocktails and service flow
3. Drive performance through training, coaching, and team incentives
4. Manage bookings, budgets, forecasting, and labour control
5. Deliver unforgettable guest experiences every day

6. Strong leadership with proven bar/restaurant management experience
