Job Description
Our Client is a corporately owned practice seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their friendly and supportive team in Aberdeenshire. This is a no OOH role, offered on a full-time basis, with a salary of up to £30,000 FTE depending on experience, plus a range of benefits!
The position follows a structured rota with no out-of-hours commitment, offering a healthy work-life balance in a scenic coastal setting. Flexible working arrangements may also be considered.
The practice boasts a close-knit team culture and prides itself on delivering high clinical standards. The team consists of experienced Vets, RVNs, support staff and leadership who value collaboration and personal growth. The ideal candidate would ideally be at Clinical Supervisor level or working towards it, with a strong desire to make a difference in patient care.
This role includes a variety of nursing responsibilities such as inpatient care, assisting in surgical and medical procedures, supporting consults, running nurse clinics, maintaining clinical records, and contributing to overall practice operations. Nurses are supported to work to their full potential and be involved in shaping clinical care.
The ideal candidate will be an RCVS-registered Veterinary Nurse who thrives in a positive, supportive environment and is passionate about delivering excellent patient and client care. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential.
The practice is based in a beautiful location on the Aberdeenshire coast, offering the perfect blend of countryside, coastline, and community. It is also within easy reach of Aberdeen for city amenities and travel connections.
