Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate QTS qualified Science Tutor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and delivering Science lessons at Key stage 3 and 4. This role is crucial in providing tailored support to enhance students' learning experiences, ensuring they achieve their academic goals. Experience in teaching and lesson planning is essential. You will be responsible for delivering tailored lessons to meet the needs of your students.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement individualised lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.
* Educate students in Chemistry, Biology and Physics ensuring clarity and understanding of the material.
* Communicate regularly with students and their parents to discuss progress and areas for improvement.
* Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that promotes student engagement and motivation.
* Assess students' abilities and adapt teaching methods accordingly to maximise learning outcomes.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements.
Requirements
* QTS
* Proven experience in teaching at Key stage 3 and 4.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with students and parents.
* Familiarity with special education practices is an advantage.
* Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed academically.
* A commitment to ongoing professional development in educational practices.
