EQUANS is looking for a Mobile Building Engineer to join our team in London on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.

What will you deliver?
1. Perform general cleaning, rubbish removal, solar panel cleaning, gutter cleaning, and maintain internal and external building fabric as required.
2. Conduct routine checks on plant and equipment.
3. Address internal issues such as blocked drains, toilets, minor spillages, and replace light bulbs and lamps.
4. Undertake duties in line with PPM maintenance schedules.
5. Work confidently at heights.
6. Assist trades and complete tasks outside your core skills with proper training.
7. Use PDA devices following company procedures and policies.

Who are we looking for?
* Previous experience as a handyman
* Basic computer skills (desirable)
* Knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems (desirable)
* Experience in a customer-facing role
This role requires passing a CTC clearance check.
