Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

What You’ll Do
This role involves conducting Secure by Design assessments and guiding projects and BAU activities across UK business functions:
* Consumer & Business: Ensuring secure products and services for our customers.
* Internal: Supporting secure solutions for Vodafone UK’s internal functions like Technology, Finance, HR, and more.
The scope covers IT & Digital technologies such as:
* Online & Digital including Mobile Apps
* Customer Management & Billing Systems
* Business Intelligence & Big Data
* Cloud Infrastructure & SaaS
* Automation Solutions
* End user computing / BYOD
Main Responsibilities
* Apply expertise to secure networks, products, and services.
* Ensure project designs meet security requirements and policies.
* Integrate security controls like IPS/IDS, WAF, Firewalls, Identity & Access Management, SIEM, Vulnerability Management.
* Educate stakeholders and influence development roadmaps on security standards.
* Identify and mitigate security risks, providing recommendations.
* Build relationships across the business.
* Escalate deviations from security standards.
* Advise SbD Managers and security champions.
* Approve or escalate design deviations based on compliance.
Who You Are
* Eligible for SC Clearance.
* Understanding of network designs and configurations.
* Knowledge of security policies and principles.
* Risk management skills.
* Effective communicator to influence stakeholders.
* Established stakeholder management skills.
