Sales Account Manager (Freight Forwarding) - Wolverhampton
As part of continued growth, our client is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join the team. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, self-management, and a strong focus on generating new business. You will be the main point of contact for prospective and existing clients and will be responsible for converting quotes into profitable business.
Working hours: 08:00 - 17:00 - Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively seek, develop, and secure new business opportunities
* Make outbound telesales calls and generate leads
* Conduct cold calling to identify potential clients
* Maintain and grow existing customer accounts, promoting upsell opportunities
* Manage new accounts with the aim of becoming the sole logistics supplier
* Provide quotations and oversee operational aspects of Sea, Air, and European Road freight
* Build a strong client base and maintain long-term relationships
* Promote the company's brand and deliver exceptional customer service
* Conduct regular client check-ins and account reviews
