Offer description

Reporting into the People Partner, the successful candidate will support the successful delivery of our strategic plan, which includes ‘enabling our people to be their best ’

How you will contribute?

1. Applying people policies and processes, ensuring the integrity of local people practices within the site/contract – escalating where required
2. Active involvement in supporting the engagement and wellbeing strategy across the site including million hours mission
3. Ensure accurate operation of HR system and time and attendance system and other applicable systems
4. Monitoring of key metrics, such as turnover, retention rates and absence reporting, taking action where required
5. Collate management reports
6. Driving the business performance in relation to the company’s objectives
7. Contribute towards the improvement of processes and methods of operating practices
8. Assist in the coaching, mentoring and development of the leadership team
9. Manage any employee relations caseload efficiently and effectively, maintaining consistency across the sites
10. Assist with People projects, and lead where appropriate
11. Collaborate with the People team at Lutterworth to support where required
12. Previous HR Advisor experience
13. Previous experience of providing employment law and best practice advice
14. Understand the impact that a strategic people plan can bring to the business
15. Confidential and professional approach
16. Organisation and administrative skills
17. Personable with strong communication and relationship building capabilities across all levels of the business
18. Ability to plan and prioritise workload, working under pressure to tight deadlines
19. Ideally qualification of CIPD Level 5 or working towards
