Responsibilities:
1. Manage the day-to-day accounting responsibilities of the business, including processing invoices, reconciling bank accounts, and posting month end journals.
2. Produce month end financial reporting and analyse performance against the budget.
3. Complete the payroll workings and assist with payments to suppliers where required.
4. Assist with the production of investor deliverables where required.
5. Assist with building and maintaining the budget tracker and updating forecasts on a regular basis.
6. Assist with the production of year end accounts and liaise with auditors where required.
You will be our ideal candidate if you have:
7. A strong academic record, ideally holding a bachelor’s degree.
8. Part Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent accountancy qualification)
9. Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting processes.
10. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (this will be tested).
11. Familiarity with accounting tools. (Xero knowledge desirable but not required)
12. The ability to work effectively under pressure within a fast-growing company.
13. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
