What you’ll be doing…
* Inspire learning through our play‑based N Curriculum
* Support smooth daily routines – from mealtimes to naptimes
* Create and implement development‑focused activity plans
* Carry out observations, assessments and planning for your key children
* Build strong, trusted relationships with children and families
* Ensure your classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment at all times
* Embed all policies and procedures into your daily practice
* Be a positive role model – collaborate, motivate, and share your ideas
Our Early Years Educators should have…
* Experience working with children in an early years environment
* Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
* Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and willingness to train
* Up‑to‑date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh)
* A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children
* A team player with a can‑do attitude and positive mindset
* Confident communicator with a love for customer service
