Technical Support Specialist
Location: City Centre
Pay Rate: 20 per hour
Hours: Full time
Contract: 3 months
What you’ll do:
* Deliver face‑to‑face support for hardware and software issues.
* Perform installation, moves, and changes for devices and peripherals.
* Diagnose and resolve technical incidents that cannot be handled remotely.
* Assist with hardware repairs and replacements.
* Support deployment and refresh activities for workplace devices.
What we’re looking for:
* Strong troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops, and common software.
* Ability to manage tasks independently and communicate effectively.
* Previous experience in on‑site technical support or similar roles.
