An enthusiastic, dynamic and inspirational Head of Maths is required to join a thriving and successful curriculum area.

We are looking for a Head of Department who:
Want to transform children's lives and develop a love of Maths.
Can be accountable for student progress and development within the subject area
Is an excellent classroom practitioner
Can effectively manage and deploy teaching/support staff, financial and physical resources within the department to support the designated subject portfolio
Can lead a department and develop and enhance the teaching practice of others
Work well with staff and students alike
Are looking to join a community of schools that promotes the formation of young people into successful citizens
Are interested in developing their practice and committed to their own professional development
